- We deliver to all-across Indonesia within 1-10 working days depending on location.
- For orders placed before 15:00 WIB, we will make every effort to process them on the same working day. Orders placed after 15:00 WIB will be processed on the following working day.
- There are no shipments on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- ÅLAND Indonesia orders are hand-picked and packed from Jakarta, Indonesia.

PLEASE NOTE

- During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
- Estimated delivery times are calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day your order is placed. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
- When providing your shipping information during checkout, please ensure that all details are accurate. If any information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you, which could result in shipping delays. Additionally, delays may occur due to pending payment verification, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, reduced air cargo capacity, and local government-imposed lockdown measures.

We do not accept direct exchanges. However, if your order meets our return criteria, you can initiate a return request.

We accept returns if:
- The product that you received is different from your order, or
- You receive a defective product*

We don't accept returns if:
- You are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
- The products are damaged due to your mishandling
- Your return request is not approved by our staff

*The following items are not considered defective:
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
- Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
- Item(s) must be returned within 3x24 hours of receipt in their original condition and packaging, which includes being unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
